In this tutorial with Steve Vandemon you will learn the ins and outs of Automotive graphic layouts, freehand airbrushing, pinstriping, masking and color mixing with the House of Kolor Shimrin 2 System, just to name a few. Steve not only teaches you how to airbrush a killer design and do a complete custom flame layout, but he goes over preparation, tape layout techniques, hand sketching, image transfers, color mixing, use of spray guns and the list goes on an on. Bio: Steven James Vandemon was born and raised in Southern California. Best known for his insane graphics and flames on hotrods and choppers, his work can be seen all over the world. Having absolutely no formal art education , Steve has developed a unique approach to his work. Utilizing various faux finishing techniques along with unorthodox drawing and painting methods he has developed a style which is easily identifiable in a relatively short period of time. you'll learn a lot.
Great Video, It's not the first I purchased and it won't be the last for sure. You'll learn a lot of new things, or simply get inspired by this Custom paint master. I really loved the way he showed all the steps and the fact that the "time lapse" is not used as much as in a lot of videos on the web. It makes you feel the struggle and will make you hold your breath while Steve is pinstriping. It shows how even a very skilled craftman always has to pay attention during a work... So you won't feel alone ;-) Thank You CoastAirbrush!!!

Another great video. Like several of the other videos of purchased from Coast Airbrush there's a lot of things in it that I'll never be using. Then again, maybe I will sometime. But, there's a bunch of stuff I learned from it that made the purchase very worthwhile. I'm amazed at the quality and time Coast Airbrush has put in to this series of videos. I'm sure I'll be buying the next one out. Many thanks to Dave and the folks that are doing this great service.
