We know sometimes computers, downloads, the internet and all of the new technology now a days can become a little tricky and you may run across some hiccups or get lost along the way. Below are some troubleshooting tips that may solve your problem or answer the questions you may have. A download manager is the best way to ensure your download will be complete and not stop short due to internet disruptions. With the normal download process on a computer, your internet may have a disruption in connection and cause the download to fail or case a corrupt .ZIP file error. A download manager can greatly improve the speed of your downloads using segmented downloading. In addition it allows auto resume on broken downloads, eliminating corrupt file errors. 
We highly recommend using a Download Manager!

Troubleshooting: Before emailing CoastairbrushTV please check the following, if you are having problems with your download. Make sure your internet connection is stable and not cutting in and out. This will intervene with the download process and cause the file to become unfinished or corrupt. If you get an error when opening the file stating a corrupt or bad .Zip file, then the file was not completely downloaded due to internet disruption. In this case, we recommend you use one of our recommended Download Managers.  Make sure you select "Save File" when you click the link to download. This will ensure the file is saved in a safe place on your computer. If your video is not playing all the way through or having trouble starting: please be patient and let the video sit and load. This means either you video processor in your computer is not capable of handling such media at a fast rate or there may be too many things running or downloading in the background hindering the amount of space the video needs to stream correctly. Try closing other programs that are running in the background. 

Did Not Receive Order: Coast Airbrush TV sends your order confirmation immediately after your purchase has been paid. If you did not receive your email order confirmation it could be caused by the following: You entered an incorrect email when ordering. The email went to your spam box. It was blocked due to your preferences. Or the mail server you use is down or being slow. In the case you did not receive your email, you can obtain a copy of the confirmation and the link to your download(s) in your Coast Airbrush TV Customer Account by clicking "My Account" at the top of the page or logging in. You will be able to access all past and present orders, as well as your downloads. If you do not see an order under your account, then most likely you did not complete the order process and were not charged for the order, or your transaction declined.

Corrupt .ZIP Files: There are many possible causes for data damage. Among the most common is a transfer error when downloading a Zip file from the internet. Such an error can introduce invalid data into a Zip file. The following are some of the reasons your file may be corrupt: Loss of internet connection while downloading your file. In this case, we recommend you use one of our recommended Download Managers. Mechanical problems with your computers disk drives. Or your Internet Browser type. Most errors are do to the use of Internet Explorer versions 6 through 8. IE has been know to cause ZIP file downloads to be corrupt or incomplete. If you are using a version of Internet Explorer and are having a problem with your download, we recommend you use one of the following Free browsers available out there. PC: FireFox, Google Chrome or Opera. MAC: Safari or FireFox. The browsers listed are known to have no problems with ZIP file downloads and can be downloaded for Free at the below links.
